The agreement, in plain language.

RevSeek gives your customers a page they reach by scanning your QR code, where they rate their visit, choose from words you configured, and receive a draft review they can edit. They then choose whether to post it to Google themselves, or send private feedback to you.

RevSeek does not post to Google. The customer copies the text and posts it under their own Google account. We cannot guarantee that any review is published, kept, or that your ranking improves.

Accounts are opened after verifying your email with a one-time code. Optional access codes can grant an offer. One login covers a business and its stores. Keep your login codes confidential and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Self-service free trials last 14 days from verified signup. Admin-issued offers may specify a different access period. When access expires, new AI drafting stops. Your existing QR codes keep working and customers can still write their own reviews and reach Google.

You may only ask for reviews from real customers who genuinely used your business. You must not offer payment, discounts or any incentive in exchange for a review, ask staff or relatives to post as customers, or use the service for a business you do not operate.

Your review guidance may shape tone and readability. It must not instruct the AI to state facts a customer did not give, or to invent experiences. Reviews on Google are also governed by Google's own policies, which apply to you directly.

We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used to create false or incentivised reviews.

Plans are priced per location as shown on the pricing page. Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Each payment purchases 30 days of access and extends any remaining access. There is no automatic renewal or recurring debit. RevSeek does not store your card details. Plan allowances are measured as completed review handoffs in a calendar month, and are informational: exceeding one does not switch off your service, it starts a conversation about upgrading.

You can stop at any time. We do not lock you into a contract term.

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we provide it as it is. We are not liable for lost business, lost reviews, changes to Google's policies or ranking, or the actions of your customers. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Either side can end the arrangement at any time. Ask us and we will close your account and delete its data. Reviews your customers already posted stay with Google.
