Payments and cancellation

The free trial lasts 14 days from verified signup and does not require a card. Paid access is purchased for 30 days at a time through Razorpay. There are no automatic renewals or recurring debits. To stop renewing, simply do not make another payment. Access continues until the displayed expiry.

If you see a duplicate debit, a failed payment with a bank debit, or paid access that has not activated, contact RevSeek with the payment reference and your account email. We review refund requests individually and confirm the outcome and any applicable processing time. Do not share your card details, banking password or OTP.

New AI drafts stop after expiry. Your existing QR codes continue to let customers write their own reviews and open the configured review platforms. Your dashboard remains available to renew.
